A step-by-step guide to finding your spare part
Want to replace something on a AXOR or hansgrohe product? Or maybe you’re looking for an accessory?
Here’s how to find what you want:
Use the article number from the AXOR or hansgrohe packaging or type a keyword (e.g. “Metropol lavatory faucet”) into the search box. This will take you to a results page:
- The “Spare parts” section contains a link to the respective product detail page, where you can find out which products use the spare part and how you can purchase it.
- “Products” is where you can find the product you’re searching for. The exploded view under “Accessories and spare parts” shows all the components in the product, each with a number. Search for the number in the accompanying list to get all the information you need on the spare part (article number, technical details, availability and more).
What happens if the product is no longer available?
Older products can also be found via the spare parts search: There will be a notice on the page explaining that this is an older, discontinued product. But don’t worry: Hansgrohe offers long-term availability for spare parts in shower faucets, wash basin and bath tub faucets, overhead showers, hand and shoulder showers, and kitchen faucets. Even if the finished products are no longer available to purchase.
